We maintain, review and analyse incident records and ensure that everyone learns from any mistake. We are continually looking at our processes and making suggestions for improvement.
In order to ensure that our standards for health & safety are maintained, we conduct regular safety assessments of our processes and systems. We believe that we must never be complacement, this is when accidents can happen. We believe that we must take responsibility for establishing, maintaining and constrantly improving the health & safety of our work.
