The company was founded by Jim Davis back in 1980. Jim started his career as an apprentice carpenter but quickly got promoted to foreman to look after the site by himself. He quickly established himself as a proficient manager and when the opportunity arose to form his own company he had no hesitation in doing so through sheer determination and hard work.
