I particularly note the level of communication and attention to detail, paid to the project, by both yourself and Stephen that ultimately led to the successful completion of the project. This project was technically very onerous given that it was a live environment within an occupied floor over. It was a great achievement to maintain services within the building while carrying out significant structural works within the ground floor.
